The processing process of calcium silicate board equipment first needs to prepare raw materials,cement,silica powder,gypsum,etc.,and then put the raw materials into the mixer for mixing,and put the mixed materials into the storage bin until the next step of processing.
In the plate production line,the mixed prepared material is formed.Plate production line mainly includes pressure processing molding equipment,stereotyped conveyor,plate drying equipment and so on.In the drying equipment,heating to a certain temperature,after a period of time and then cooling,so that the calcium silicate plate to achieve the expected drying effect.
After drying,the calcium silicate plate needs to be further processed into a shaped plate,and the processing method is generally cut.Cutting is the calcium silicate plate according to a predetermined size and then made into a finished product.Full automatic operation,no experience is required to easily get started.
