The new type of cement fiberboard equipment has achieved automation in all processes from raw material feeding,mixing,molding to cutting and palletizing,such as automatic formwork loading,automatic mold release agent application,and automatic fabric laying,reducing manual intervention and improving production efficiency and product consistency.
By applying data analysis technology,various data in the production process are collected and analyzed to achieve intelligent management and decision support of the production process,optimize the production process and reduce production costs.
New energy-saving technologies and equipment are adopted,such as microwave drying equipment replacing traditional hot air drying,which features fast drying speed and low energy consumption.Meanwhile,the popularity of the thermal energy circulation system of the belt curing kiln has increased,which can recover and utilize thermal energy and reduce the energy consumption per unit product.
In terms of forming processes,new technologies such as fluidized bed forming have been applied,featuring high production efficiency,low energy consumption and good sheet quality.The hot pressing process adopts a segmented pressure curve,and the pressure application time is reasonably controlled to enhance the density and strength of the fiberboard.In addition,through nano-modification technology and other means,the mechanical properties and fire resistance of the boards can be enhanced.
