Closed-loop control of forming pressure for calcium silicate
  Forming pressure is a key parameter that determines the density and strength of calcium silicate boards(for example,the standard pressure is 12-15 mpa.Insufficient pressure can easily lead to the board being loose and having low strength;excessive pressure can easily cause the board to crack and the corners to be damaged).The intelligent calcium silicate board equipment control system achieves accurate pressure stabilization through"real-time monitoring-automatic correction".

  Real-time perception of pressure at multiple points

  High-precision pressure sensors(with an accuracy of±0.2MPa)are arranged at both the"edge and the middle"of the forming mold to collect the pressing pressure data of different areas in real time.For instance,if the middle pressure reaches 13MPa but the edge pressure is only 10MPa(which can easily lead to insufficient edge strength),the sensor can immediately capture this difference and feed it back to the control system.

  2.Automatic dynamic pressure compensation

  After receiving the pressure data,the calcium silicate board equipment control system automatically adjusts the pressure output of the hydraulic cylinders in each area through the electro-hydraulic proportional valve:for insufficient edge pressure,the oil supply flow of the edge hydraulic cylinder is increased to make up the edge pressure to 12.5MPa.For local excessive pressure(such as reaching 14.5MPa at a certain point),reduce the oil supply pressure of the corresponding hydraulic cylinder to ensure that the pressure fluctuation of the entire mold is≤±0.3MPa(the fluctuation of traditional manual control is more than±1MPa).

  3.Adaptive adjustment of the pressure curve

  The system can automatically match the pressure curve according to the plate specifications(such as 12mm thick partition board Vs20mm thick exterior wall board):when producing thick plates,a"stepwise pressure increase"(5MPa pre-pressure→10MPa medium pressure→14MPa final pressure)is adopted to avoid delamination caused by the instantaneous squeezing of the slurry.When producing thin plates,a"gentle pressure increase"(directly rising from 8MPa to 12MPa)is adopted to prevent cracking caused by overly thin plates.The curve parameters can be automatically optimized based on historical production data(such as the sheet qualification rate under different pressure curves),further enhancing the adaptability.
