2.Forming stage:Use a"laser thickness gauge+pressure sensor"to replace manual thickness measurement,and detect the thickness of the wet blank in real time(for example,the deviation of a 12mm plate is≤0.05mm).When the thickness exceeds the tolerance,automatically adjust the pressure of the servo press roller.At the same time,monitor the fluctuations in forming pressure to avoid uneven density of the slab caused by manual adjustment of pressure by hand feel.
3.Maintenance stage:Replace manual temperature and humidity checks with"multi-point temperature and humidity sensors+AI algorithms".Set up one sensor every 5 meters in the maintenance kiln to provide real-time feedback on the"heating-constant temperature-cooling"curve.When the temperature and humidity in a certain area deviate,automatically turn on the heating tube or humidifier to avoid insufficient local maintenance caused by manual inspection.
