1.Accurate Installation and Parameter Control
①Select anti-wear alloy and hard alloy scrapers,match the flatness of the backing knife,and install them by tightening evenly from the middle to both sides to ensure the blade body is straight and parallel to the board surface.
②Adjust the angle properly,adjust the pressure to just scrape off the slurry without excessive pressure that accelerates the wear of the blade edge.
③Add axial micro-swing to allow the blade edge to be evenly stressed,reducing local uneven wear.
