Monitoring of stirring process parameters:In the stirring stage of the cement fiberboard equipment,the temperature values and stirring speed values are collected in real time through temperature sensors and speed sensors.The temperature sensor can accurately measure the temperature changes during the stirring process,while the rotational speed sensor can monitor the rotational speed of the stirring shaft in real time.These real-time data will be input into data processing and analysis algorithms based on artificial intelligence and deep learning for time series collaborative analysis to automatically generate the stirring speed value at the next time point,achieving accurate control of the heating,stirring and reaction process.
Parameter monitoring during the forming process:After the mixed slurry flows into the slurry box,during the forming process,the size and position of the wet plate can be monitored in real time through the laser positioning cutting equipment to ensure cutting accuracy.Meanwhile,the pressure of the press is monitored by pressure sensors to ensure that the pressure remains stable within the standard range(such as 7,000 tons),thereby increasing the density and strength of the product.
Steam curing process parameter monitoring:During the steam curing stage,multiple temperature sensors deployed inside the steam curing cylinder are used to collect the time series of steam temperature in real time.These temperature data will be input into the real-time temperature sequence encoder to obtain multiple real-time steam temperature time series feature vectors.Then,after processing through feature aggregation networks and other means,the temperature spatial domain time series distribution clustering representation vectors are obtained.Subsequently,the temperature distribution offset coefficient is calculated to determine whether steam needs to be introduced,ensuring a uniform temperature distribution inside the cylinder.Ensure that all parts of the fiber cement board are heated evenly.
