Can the equipment be compatible with the production of asbes
Asbestos tile equipment is usually compatible with the production of asbestos tiles of different specifications.The core is achieved through"mold replacement+parameter fine-tuning",and the compatibility range covers mainstream specifications.However,the compatibility boundary needs to be judged in combination with the basic configuration of the equipment.
Specifically,the specification differences that asbestos tile equipment can adapt to mainly lie in two aspects:one is the tile type,such as small wave tiles(wave pitch 130mm,wave height 30mm),large wave tiles(wave pitch 180mm,wave height 50mm),and other common types,which can be switched by changing the corresponding forming mold.The second aspect is thickness.For instance,for the conventional thickness of 4mm to 8mm,most equipment does not require mold changes.Only parameters such as forming pressure and pressing time need to be adjusted in the PLC system(for example,when the thickness increases,the pressing pressure should be appropriately raised to 12-15MPa).
However,there are limitations to compatibility:If unconventional specifications(such as custom wave pitch,ultra-thick/thin tiles)need to be produced,custom molds may be required,and for some old equipment,minor modifications to the forming frame are also needed.Moreover,the time consumed for changing specifications is related to the degree of difference-for the same type of tiles,when changing thickness,parameter adjustment only takes 10 to 20 minutes.It takes 30 to 60 minutes to change the mold for the cross-tile type(including mold disassembly and assembly as well as precision calibration).
