Preventive measures to avoid the non-formation of cement fib
  To prevent the cement fiberboard equipment from not forming during operation,it is necessary to implement full-process control from four aspects:raw materials,parameters,equipment,and inspection,and avoid core issues at the source.

  1.Raw material and slurry control:Fixed suppliers ensure the consistency of raw materials.The particle size of quartz sand and the grade of cement must meet the standards.The fibers are pre-dispersed to prevent caking,and the moisture content of the dry material is calibrated by the sensor to be≤5%.Accurate batching is achieved by relying on load cells,with an error controlled within±1%,and the fiber usage is no less than the standard.Stir the slurry for≥15 minutes,add a dispersant to stabilize the consistency at 500-800 MPa.s,and regularly clean the pulping tank to prevent residue and caking.

  2.Standardized forming parameters:Preset forming pressure of 12-16 mpa according to the thickness of the sheet,and the pressure sensor monitors in real time to prevent fluctuations.The forming speed is matched with the feeding speed.For thick plates,"slow forming+stepped pressure increase"is adopted to ensure compaction.Select the corresponding weight of the mesh fabric,adjust it to a uniform tension without wrinkles,ensure synchronous conveying with the slurry,and avoid deviation and damage.

  3.Equipment maintenance and calibration:Clean the residual slurry in the forming cylinder and mold every day;Check the sealing performance of the hydraulic cylinder and the parallelism of the pressure rollers every week.Calibrate the weighing,viscosity and other sensors every month to prevent parameter distortion caused by equipment errors.At the same time,ensure that the conveying and pressing rhythms are matched,check the slurry pipeline to prevent clogging,and ensure continuous feeding.

  4.Process inspection and early warning:Before starting up,conduct a trial production of 3 to 5 boards to check the state of the slurry and the compactness of the slabs.During production,random checks are conducted every hour to detect problems such as looseness and delamination early.Key data is monitored through an intelligent system,abnormal fluctuations are automatically alarmed,and parameters can be quickly adjusted to avoid batch failures.
