Calcium silicate board equipment

　　Abnormal slurry performance.After mixing,the uniformity of the slurry deteriorates,and there are lumps,clumps,and fiber entanglements;the viscosity of the slurry fluctuates greatly and the fluidity is unstable;when sampling,there are obvious old slurry,hard pieces,and crusty particles,indicating that there is accumulated slurry and walling in the mixing chamber.

　　Increased defects on the finished board surface.Frequent appearance of pores,pinholes,rough surfaces,and small pits on the board surface,and after excluding factors such as formula,vacuum,and cloth,there is still no change.This is mostly caused by the detachment of accumulated slurry in the dead corners of the mixing system and the introduction of bubbles.

　　Abnormal operating parameters.Fluctuating motor current,high load,and increased abnormal noise during mixing;unstable operation of the mixing shaft and mixing arm,indicating that the inner wall,blades,and shaft ends are excessively caked,resulting in a reduced volume and decreased mixing efficiency.

　　Difficult to stabilize process indicators.Under the same formula and rotation speed,the mixing time is forced to be prolonged but still fails to meet the requirements;the addition of water and the amount of water are normal but the slurry density and concentration fluctuate greatly,indicating that the space of the mixing chamber is occupied by accumulated slurry.

　　When any of the above two or more items occur,it can be determined that the mixing system needs a thorough cleaning to restore the mixing efficiency,ensure the uniformity and stability of the slurry,and reduce board surface defects.
