　　1.Uneven slurry distribution and board thickness deviations.This is mainly due to wear and deformation of the step slurry scraper,scaling and blockage in the slurry trough,or localized blockage at the feeding port,causing fluctuating slurry flow.The formed board may be thicker on one side and thinner on the other,with defects such as ripples or exposed substrate due to insufficient material.

2.Slurry accumulation,overflow,and leakage.Malfunctioning slurry trough level control,unstable pump flow,or misaligned step stroke limits can lead to slurry buildup and overflow.Aging sealing strips and deformed baffles can also cause side leakage,contaminating the equipment and wasting material.
