Calcium silicate board equipment 　　

1.During continuous online cleaning production,a low-pressure spray device is equipped.Clear water is used for continuous or intermittent rinsing of the net surface to promptly remove slurry,fibers,and fine powder,preventing blockage of the mesh holes.The water pressure should be controlled moderately to avoid damaging the fibers of the mesh body.Before stopping the machine,idle rinsing for 3-5 minutes is carried out to ensure there is no residue on the surface.
