During operation,fiber cement slurry with a concentration of about 10%-20%is pumped through pipes to the flow slurry box(step slurry box).The flow slurry box is equipped with a low-speed stirring device to prevent fiber sedimentation and slurry layering,maintaining stable concentration and flow properties.The box has an overflow weir and adjustment device to control the slurry level and discharge amount,ensuring uniform discharge across the width of the felt.

　　The slurry flows evenly from the bottom or side lip of the flow slurry box in a thin layer onto the continuously moving forming felt.The felt is a porous filter cloth with a vacuum box underneath,which quickly draws out water from the slurry using negative pressure,allowing fibers and cement particles to be filtered rapidly,forming a continuous and uniform thin layer of slurry on the felt surface.
