   1. Direct pressure forming machine Direct pressure forming machine, also called wave forming machine, is a device that pressurizes asbestos-cement blanks into the same waveform as that of the tile mold. Our country adopts the equipment of multihori mechanical pressurization. In foreign countries, it is squeezed into waves by vacuum adsorption. For different wave products, the main structure of the direct pressure forming machine is the same, but the pressure rod or the pressure roller is different. Install the frame, and install the tile mold drive roller, pressure rod (roller), spring, etc. on the frame. Then install the cam and pressure mechanism. Then install the motor, the reducer, the intermediate transmission sprocket, and the gear, and finally assemble another set of the motor, the reducer, and the transmission guide roller for conveying the tile mold and all the sprocket.

Preparation before starting up: Before starting up, a tile mold must be fed in to adjust the position of the driving roller so that it coincides with the isolated shape of the pressure rod (roll) on the tile mold. Correct the spring of the pressure mechanism to make the pressure appropriate, and the return spring guide rod of the pressure rod (roller) and the suite must be flexible and not stagnant. Check whether the return springs and pressure springs are in good condition. The return springs should be able to reset the pressure roller freely. The sprocket must be tightly mounted on the shaft and should not be off-track, otherwise it needs to be adjusted in time. The tightness of the motor brake should be moderate, and the spacing of the brake blocks should be uniform.
