  One of the core goals of optimizing the efficiency of cement fiberboard equipment is to break through the"bottleneck process"in traditional production.Through equipment upgrading and process connection optimization,a substantial increase in production capacity can be achieved.

  Traditional equipment,due to its reliance on manual batching and intermittent pressing(such as manual removal of blanks after pressing a single board),typically has a single-shift(8-hour)production capacity of 800 to 1,200 square meters.The optimized automated production line achieves continuous output of slabs through"continuous forming by slurry flow method+fully automatic stacking",with a single-shift production capacity of 1500-2000 square meters.It can operate continuously for 24 hours(only requiring regular maintenance),and the annual production capacity has been increased to 2-2.5 times the original.

  In traditional production,the operation of the slab from forming to curing relies on manual forklifts,and each connection takes 15 to 20 minutes.After optimization,fully automatic operation is achieved through"roller conveyor+AGV unmanned trolley",with the connection time compressed to 5-8 minutes.It also supports parallel processing of multiple batches(such as simultaneously transporting slabs of different thicknesses to the corresponding curing areas),significantly reducing the"equipment waiting"time.

  When changing the product specifications of traditional cement fiberboard equipment (such as from 8mm boards to 15mm boards), manual adjustment of the pressing gap and the proportion of ingredients is required,which takes 2 to 3 hours.The optimized intelligent equipment,through"parameter preset+one-click switching",automatically calls the corresponding formula(fiber content,water-cement ratio)and pressing parameters(pressure,holding time).The production change time is shortened to 20-30 minutes,and it can flexibly undertake small-batch and multi-specification orders.
