  1.Quick curing system,significantly compressing the core production cycle

  The high-temperature and high-pressure autoclave equipped with the equipment can accurately control temperature and pressure,which can increase the speed of cement hydration reaction by tens of times,and the curing cycle can be directly shortened to 8-12 hours.

  At the same time,the curing tank adopts layered temperature control+automated feeding and discharging design,enabling"continuous feeding of raw materials and continuous production of boards",eliminating the need for batch intervals,and the single-day curing capacity is more than 50 times that of traditional processes,fundamentally breaking through the capacity bottleneck in the curing process.
