   Small line output: 810 molding cylinders, with a nominal annual output of 1.5 million square meters, and the actual output is 1.8-2 million square meters.
 
  Large line output: 1650 molding cylinders, with a calibrated annual output of 3 million square meters, and the actual output can reach 4 million square meters.
 
  Double-width large line: 1650 forming cylinder, calibrated annual output of 6 million square meters, actual output can reach 8 million square meters.
 
   (The nominal output refers to the design assessment index according to the 4x8 thickness of 6 mm)
 
   Fang Ruizheng and Calcium silicate board production line, equipment features of forming section:
 
   One, a paddle-injection (drag) headbox, without a paddle, a fiber arrangement direction agitator, and a slurry width of 2600mm. The slurry ground by the refiner directly passes through the gap between the brushing roller and the burr, and is carried out by the wool cloth. The slurry in this state, the flow is relatively uniform, and there will be no material interruption state in the case of ultra-wide. The slurry concentration can reach more than 16%. The felt speed is about 60 m/min, the thickness of the small material layer is 0.85-1 mm, the production of 6 mm boards, the number of forming drums is 6-7.
 
   Two, ultra-wide molding cylinder, diameter 1650, length 2800. The size of a blank is 5180x2600, and it can be cut into 4 sheets of 4x8 feet at a time. It produces 8 sheets per minute. The pressure of the forming cylinder is changed from pneumatic to hydraulic, which is more stable than pneumatic and increases the lifting force.
 
   Three, the pre-cutting device of the small material layer ensures that the super wide blank is neat at the disconnect end of the connecting and pulling blanks, so that the first small material layer can be neatly hung on the forming cylinder, especially when the breast roll is worn.
 
  Four, three slitting knives and three cross-cutting knives cut a blank from the forming cylinder into 4 slabs of 4x8 feet.
 
   Five, double-stroke double-suction cup four-station stacker, can suck the slabs that have been cut on the pick-up machine in two stations to one station. Suction two slabs at a time. The stacker has a current working cycle of 15 seconds, and the calculated stacking capacity is 8 sheets/min.
 
Six, the separation table, function: (1) The sucker sucks the two slabs that have not been separated in the longitudinal direction from the blanking machine, and separates them by 200 mm in the longitudinal direction through the separation table, so that the next sucker can separate them Suction and transport to two pre-raising trolleys. (2) Avoid stacking suction cups stop working when the stacking trolley is replaced, and the suction cups on the pick-up machine can continue to suck and transport the slabs on the pick-up machine to the separation table as an intermediate parking. Avoid losing blanks without stopping the plate making machine.
 
   Seven, in order to solve the problem of easy cleaning of the waste blanks accumulated under the super-wide blank splicing machine, the blank splicing machine is equipped with a waste conveying belt, one under the forming cylinder, and the other under the rear cross-cut edge material turning device. In order to collect the falling material on the forming cylinder and the post-cutting edge material.
 
  8, the supporting demolding machine part also adopts double suction cups, and the demolding cycle is 13 seconds, which ensures the balance with the production capacity of the stacker.
 
Nine, the calcium silicate board production line has further improved the level of mechatronics, using more advanced control methods, such as the universal application of motor frequency conversion speed control technology, PLC program control, encoder displacement positioning control and on-site touch screen display operation .
