  1.Clean the calcium silicate board equipment immediately after production:avoid residue accumulation

  Pulping system:After each production is completed,immediately rinse the stirring tank,slurry pump and slurry flow box with clean water,repeating this process 3 to 4 times.Then,dry the inner walls of the pipes with compressed air to ensure no slurry adheres.

  Forming and conveying system:Use a scraper to clean the surface of the forming pressure roller and the conveying mesh belt,and then rinse with high-pressure water to prevent the slurry from drying and caking.Debris around the cutting table should be cleared in time to prevent it from falling into the gaps of the equipment.

  Key pipelines:Regularly disassemble the slurry filter and valves,and manually clean the internal residues to prevent fine particles from blocking the channels.

  2.Special protection during downtime:Blocking corrosive conditions

  Short-term shutdown(within one week):Inject clean water or anti-rust liquid into the pulping system and pipelines to keep them moist and prevent the residual slurry from drying out.Run the machine without load for 5 minutes every day to allow the liquid to circulate.

  Long-term shutdown(more than one week):Empty all slurry channels,blow off residual moisture with high-pressure air,apply anti-rust oil to metal parts(such as the inner walls of pipes and valves),and close the sealing covers.

  3.Regular maintenance:Identify potential hazards in advance

  Weekly inspection:Check if there is any slight blockage in the slurry pump and valves.Use thin iron wire to clear the small blockage points to prevent the problem from worsening.

  Monthly maintenance:Disassemble components prone to material accumulation(such as the nozzle of the slurry box and the stirring blades),clean stubborn residues,check the corrosion of components,and replace aged seals in a timely manner.
