  Raw material pretreatment-slurry preparation linkage:The raw material homogenization warehouse,crushing unit,fiber disperser and slurry mixing tank are interconnected through PROFINET industrial Ethernet.When the slurry level in the slurry mixing tank is lower than the set value,the system automatically triggers the raw material pretreatment unit to speed up,and accurately matches the dosage of aggregates,fibers and additives(based on real-time slurry concentration data).Avoid"excessive feeding leading to blockage"or"insufficient feeding causing the agitator tank to idle",and ensure a continuous and stable supply of slurry.

  Forming·curing.Finished product processing linkage:The slurry forming machine,curing kiln,and CNC panel cutting machine achieve speed matching through the servo motor synchronous control system-for example,when the production speed of the forming machine increases from 10m/min to 12m/min,the conveyor belt speed of the curing kiln automatically synchronously increases(to avoid wet blank accumulation).The cutting frequency of the subsequent panel cutting machine was also adjusted simultaneously(from 3 times per minute to 3.6 times per minute).At the same time,the panel cutting machine automatically adjusted the cutting parameters(such as cutting depth and blade head speed)based on the"sheet thickness and width data"output by the forming machine,achieving uninterrupted flow from"forming-curing-cutting",and avoiding the 15-30 minutes of downtime and waiting caused by traditional manual adjustment.
